Wolverine World Wide’s development programs provide
qualified candidates a unique opportunity to accelerate within
the organization. Members contribute to the business while
simultaneously developing leadership skills. Participants
professional development activities include mentoring, continued
learning, and cross-functional assignments. Wolverine World
Wide’s development programs are aimed at helping participants
develop into future leaders of our organization.

available to you. It is an opportunity to speak with Wolverine

Recruitment Process
Recruitment for full-time positions begins in September and
in January for internships. Please apply online to be considered
for these opportunities.

Where is Rockford, Michigan?
Rockford is about 10 miles north of Grand Rapids, MI.
What can I expect during my summer internship?
You can expect the internship to last about 12 weeks in duration.
During this time you will participate in Bi-weekly meeting
with guest speaker from various areas of the company. You
will have set objectives throughout the 12 week program provided
by the sponsoring department. At the end of the program you
will give a presentation to several executives and leaders
of Wolverine World Wide. You will also be provided an evaluation
half way through the internship and at the conclusion.
Is housing provided for out-of-town candidate?
Housing is provided to students that are not from the West
Michigan area at a local apartment complex.
